Refund & Dispute Policy
- Investments: Not eligible for refunds.
- Advisory services: Fees for work already performed are non-refundable. Prepaid fees for work not yet started can be refunded upon written request.
- Disputes/chargebacks: Please contact hello@achilles.ml first. We aim to resolve issues within 10 business days. If a card dispute is opened, we will provide documentation of the engagement and deliverables.
Cancellation Policy (if applicable to advisory)
Clients may cancel scheduled advisory work with at least 24 hours’ notice. Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be billed in full.
